We are growing our Operations team! If you are an experienced construction Superintendent for a General Contractor and have managed commercial construction projects over $15 million, we would like to meet with you!
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field with 8 to 10 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
- Experience with ground up multifamily construction.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor valued over at least $15 million in contract value.
- Understands Construction Contracts, Subcontracts, and project delivery methods (cost-plus, GMP, stipulated sum, design-build, etc.)
